When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form on Paypal's website, it is transmitted to Paypal using 128-bit encryption. After your credit card is processed, you are returned to our website.

MisCositas.Net will not sell or share your personal information to anyone.
MisCositas.Net will only share your personal information when/if it is necessary to providing the product or service you have requested.

All products are made to order; therefore no refunds can be administered. We will, however, exchange any defective merchandise for the same item. All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Use the Contact Us link on the left to request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt of your email, you will receive your Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address. Please write the RA # on the package shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RA # will not be accepted. Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.

Please note that MisCositas.Net cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.

It is our goal to exceed the customers expectations in products and services.

To meet this goal we will:
Contact you if a product becomes unavailable, discontinued, or severely delayed. If a product is no longer available, you will have the opportunity to request a refund or have an alternate item of equal value sent.

All orders are usually sent within 5-10 business days, depending on purchase and location of consumer.
